 A small note that should probably be added to the FAQ: changing the
 PURPLEHOME environment variable will require a restart, at least under
 Windows Vista. Even though it may appear correct by typing 'echo
 %PURPLEHOME%' in a command prompt, it won't actually take effect until a
 reboot. It probably would be worth noting as many users likely aren't
 familiar with environment variables and how they work.
