Comment:

 You would need to replace the icons in the 16 directory with 11x11 pixel
 versions (we hard-code the path currently, though we really shouldn't). I
 believe you would need to do that for both the emblems and the protocol
 icons (but that may affect places other than just the buddy list. I'm not
 sure why we changed the status icon size and not the emblem and protocol
 icon size at the same time.

 First things first, I think we need proper 11x11 versions of the emblems
 and protocol icons. Hylke, I'm tossing this to you, feel free to toss it
 to Sean or whoever when you finish with the icons.
