Comment:

 That's the disadvantage of the small list. The door isn't going to fit in
 11x11px icons together with an arrow. The decision was made out of two
 options:
 1. Arrows, you can see whether someone logs in or out.
 2. A door, you can see someone logs in or out, but you don't know which
 ine.
 I choose the first.
