 A feature which seems important to me is not implemented into Pidgin :
 possibility to talk with invisible contacts. This is a little annoying
 because I use to have some contacts in invisible mode because they don't
 want to spend so much time on chatting with their friend list but want to
 speak to me. With Windows Live Messenger (which I don't like) it give the
 possibility to send message to offline contacts and because they are
 invisible, they receive messages in real time.
 It exist a plugin for pidgin that send messages in alert mode when the
 contact is offline but in this case, the contact receive messages only
 when he come online.

 I'm a little suprised you don't support this feature because if I remember
 well, ICQ had already supported this feature a long time before MSN
 coming.

 note : I speak for msn protocol, I don't know how this feature is
 supported or not on others protocols by pidgin.
