 I think the former is better.

 What we should never do is disableing support for English input to this
 command since localization shall not require users to type different
 commands. (Users who need to switch between different languages very often
 might even consider localized hotkeys too much localization while others
 want localized hotkeys because they don't care about compatiblity between
 locales.)
