 Receiveing colored text with Pidgin via IRC is usually working fine,
 whether colors are displayed or not. But sometimes there are even colored
 channel topics and join/part/quit messages. These are not displayed
 correctly. I'm not shure whether we need to show colors here, but we
 should at least remove those ANSI escape sequences (or whatever they are)
 in order to make those colored texts readable. Topics that contain 4
 rubbish characters between each relevant character are really unreadable!
