 On one AIM account, I was inside a chat room which had emptied. I went
 invisible, left the chat room, and went visible again (I think; I'm not
 positive about the order there...). Now I can't join any chat room on any
 exchange, whether I join one that already exists (has users) or join one
 that I create (has no users), on that account. I enabled a different AIM
 account, and it can join chats just fine.

 Debug window says:
