 Spamming the tracker with duplicate posts is not a good way to get anyone
 to listen to you. And as was pointed out in the ticket this is a duplicate
 of there is a plugin to get the old behaviour back, a patch to do the
 same, and a fork, so people clearly have put effort into this.
