 When I exchange messages with ICQ users in Russian, my messages are
 transferred correctly but I receive ununderstandable latin instead of
 Russian text. This bagan with the version 2.4.1. In Pidgin 2.3.1
 everything was OK. The persons I exchange messages use QIP instant
 messenger or ICQ
