 Trac didn’t find anything (again), so I’m trying to submit a new one,
 worst case you mark it as dup.

 I noticed in Kopete that I can’t receive files via MSN only from
 Gaim/Pidgin — the official MSN clients seem to do fine, even if sometimes
 they bail out.

 It seems to me that the first packet gets lost somewhere in the aether.
 Or at least it’s about as big a chunk from the file (a thousand bytes),
 and always the first one.  Could be some negotiation error or whatever
 that the official client dodges, for all I know.

 Could you guys look into it and see if there’s something borked on your
 side?  If not, feel free to hammer on the Kopete guys :P  It’s just really
 annoying that I can receive from most other clients (even Miranda…) but
 not from Pidgin — which is exactly why I post this here rather than on
 bugs.kde.org
