Old description:

New description:

 Pidgin doesn't support `irc://` URIs internally.  This is a request for it
 to do so ([http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-butcher-irc-url-04
 specification]).

 The original description specified by the reporter was incorrect.  I think
 the `purple-url-handler` will handle `irc://` links, but doesn't do it
 according to the specification above and isn't at all useful on Windows.
