 The FAQ entry for
 http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#HowdoIrunmultipleinstancesofPidginonWindows
 has the necessary bits of information to let you work around this, though
 not exactly in the most findable or readable way. The short answer is set
 that env var and create shortcuts that point to the correct setting
 directories with -c. Also, you are my new favorite person for the day.
