 Hi, messages from my Chinese students using QQ always appear mostly as
 yellow faces of various types, sometimes other symbols such as broken
 hearts. Emoticons.

 Yes, I've looked in this forum, no, sorry, I don't see an answer, and
 specifically this refers to QQ.

 Yes, I'm using 2.02- why? 'cos sadly I wasted time discovering 2.14
 doesn't work with QQ, as reported elsewhere and pending correction.
 ('Null' for everything).
