 I'm pretty sure that debug log came from a build of pidgin without Cyrus
 SASL support. I don't think we can send "ga:client-uses-full-bind-result"
 if Cyrus SASL is enabled. Which means GSSAPI authentication can't possibly
 be working. That being said, even if pidgin was using GSSAPI I'm not sure
 authentication would work. I don't think we handle extra kerb info in the
 mechanisms stanza (and the way whatever server this is is presenting it
 isn't the way XEP-0233 suggests it should, but 0233 is new-ish so that's
 forgivable). Though looking at it again, I'm not sure the way this server
 is sending the extra data is valid, I don't think the schemas allow for it
 (but that's neither here nor there at the moment).
