 In MSN protocol:
 When I PASTE new user from somewhere it gives me an error (in Hebrew) that
 the user doesn't exist or not valid
 When I enter exactly the same email address it adds it but in blocked mode
 (User BLOCKED. Before I discovered this issue I didn't see the user
 because I unchecked "Show  off line"
 After I logoff and logfon back it askes me to synchronize this new user
 and after I say "yes" it says (In Hebrew) it is not possible to
 synchronize because the name is not valid
