 well i have tried several times to re-enter it, and i know for a fact that
 it is not wrong.
 one thing that is interesting is that when i add the gchat account, i
 scroll down to the "google talk" icon under "protocol" in "login options,"
 but after i add it, it automatically turns into a "XMPP" account.
 could that mean anything in particular?
