 This may be a terrible idea but one I had, no idea on the difficulty of
 it. While I, and most have their lists sorted into groups based on
 whatever reasons, we all sort, based on alphabetization or log size, but
 that is limited to groups. I'd like to see the ability to sort the same
 way, all of your buddies, but with the restraint of groups. (hence the
 summary) Then again, perhaps I am way off and the only one who thinks
 this.
 This came to me partial cause I know i talk to some people much more than
 others and also that Pidgin tries to blur the line between protocols and I
 believe this may be an effective way.
