 Most of us have not met you personally but we are allowed to have strong
 feelings about this particular crippling of the code for which you are
 responsible. And venting such frustrations on the bug tracker is probably
 the best way to make sure multiple developers and sympathizing users get
 to see it. Even if you think DanLivingston insulted you there, it is the
 content of his arguments you should be addressing.
