 Not just a new message. Even when I get a new conversion (a new tab) to
 the window, it'll not raise the window.

 I am not sure I like the workaround that you suggested. First, I don't
 know which extension that you are referring to. Second, it's a lot of
 extra work on my part, because I often talk to 3+ people throughout the
 day. Whenever between pauses, I'll need to close the conversations. That
 just seemed right.
