 When trying to connect to any AIM account, an error is given:
 Could not connect with authentication server:
 Windows socket error #10022

 The AIM program its self will connect without errors.

 I have disabled all non-essential running processes and the connection
 still fails.

 Connection strings are as follows:
 Server: login.messaging.aol.com
 Port: 5190
 Use Global proxy settings

 This is a new development and I have no had any software or hardware
 changes that would effect this.  Please advise.
