 Menu wrapping would be most properly a GTK+ feature and not something
 pidgin would be doing. If GTK+ did it it would Just work in pidgin, but
 GTK+ does not to my knowledge. Similarly with shortening the menu titles.
 I don't even know that pidgin could reasonably do this as I'm not sure
 pidgin is even notified that this is happening.
