 I am having the same problem, with 2 different accounts. My usernames
 (email addresses) are correct, and my passwords are correct.  The
 passwords are no more than 12 characters long.  I didn't have this problem
 on my laptop before it stopped working, but now that I'm on another
 computer and installed the latest version I am having this problem.
