 I feel like this patch would be better done as additions to the affiliate
 and role commands themselves, that is retrieve the list when someone types
 "/affiliate <owner|admin|member|outcast>" or "/role
 <moderator|participant|visitor>" (which might entail reversing the way
 those commands normally expect arguments to match, but maybe not).
 Thoughts?
