Comment:

 Uninstall the skype plugin and see if you experience the same issues
 without it installed.

 There's nothing particularly unusual in the debug log that I can see part
 from the mess of output from the skype plugin (which incidentally
 shouldn't exist (at least in the current form) because it violates our
 licensing).
