 It doesn't seem there's any easy way to subscribe to tickets for
 notification, so I will add I'm unable to successfully set a buddy icon in
 2.4.1 with Yahoo. The image is a 96x96 PNG, less than 3 KB in size, with
 Pidgin compiled on Debian 4.0/Etch.
