 Yes, if the problem here is that your notification plugins notify you for
 all of your buddies when you sign back on then the "best" solution
 (because they are all more or less terrible) would be to have the plugins
 implement a delay after accounts sign on during which they don't notify
 for buddies signing on on that account. (pidgin does something similar to
 this for login sounds at account connection time I think, or possibly only
 at pidgin startup, I'm not sure I don't use sounds.)
