Comment:

 There is a Swedish translation of the installer.

 `%PIDGINLANG%` doesn't affect the installer, only the actual program.

 As far as the default installer language goes, it defaults to the previous
 selection (the intent being for you not to have to choose it each time).
 The problem is that when it is uninstalled, the previous selection isn't
 removed (I'll fix it).

 In the meantime, you can delete the
 `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\pidgin\Installer Language` (and the old
 `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\gaim\Installer Language`, if it is present) to
 make the installer prompt you again.
