 Your connections are all timing out, this really sounds like some piece of
 firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the connections. To fully rule
 them out as a source of problems you will need to completely uninstall
 them (unfortunately disabling them is often times not enough because they
 still manage to block things when disabled). You could also see if the
