hi, i noticed 3 bugs (or what ever) that were not fixed in the last pidgin
versions.
btw, i'm using windows pidgin with icq/jabber/skype.
1st:
i can't select who is on my invisible list anymore. the rightclick
selectionbutton for invisible is gone. so everybody is able to see me as
invisible when i switch pidgin to insivible. the function is gone for
every account (icq/jabber/skype).
2nd:
i cant leftclick in my buddy list and type the name of my buddy anymore.
so if i want to chat with e.g.: sarah, i leftclick my buddylist and type
in "sarah" and sarah is highlighted and i can click return to open a new
chatwindow with sarah. this is not working since the last 3 or 4 versions
of pidgin, i really miss this because: if i do this pidgin opens the type
in window next to the statuscontrolbutton, but theres only the first
letter i typed in (in this case it shows the letter "s"). i have to press
del/backspace/esc a serval times to get rid of this to use pidgin again.
3rd:
my pidgin is not able to display incomming eurosigns. like this "€". its
pretty anoying because pidgin is not displaying everything after the
eurosign. e.g.: my buddy wants to send me "hey you have to give me 20€ i
lent you last weekend" i get "hey you have to give me 20(insert some wild
ascii code here)". this is also pretty anoying if messages are long and
have the money-euro-sing in the beginning. btw, pidgin is able to send the
sign.
please make this work again, tell me what i can do to help you guys find
the problems.
thanks!
