 Just today after Dimmuxx pointed this error out to me. I reconnected as he
 asked, I started to get disconnected relatively frequently with this
 error:

 (20:12:15) msn: Unhandled command '<NOTIFICATION'

 I did some digging and it appears to be that not_cmd is firing fine, but
 not_cmd_post is never called. Everything looks right to me, but something
 is confusing it. I'm currently using mtn revision
 d3a76f1c86220df41fa903d3d4153e57d619ba72.
