 there is new gtk 2.12.11, but I don't know how to install in on windows,
 anyone knows? Also will the new version of pidgin be released soon, which
 will use the new GTK, which hopefully fix those ridiculous glitches? Also
 I tried copying the libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll from 2.12.11 but it didn't
 work, pidgin couldn't load.
