 In the latest version of the QQ protocol (found in MTN trunk, which is
 soon to be released as 2.5.0, "Set My Information", in the Accounts menu
 for QQ, does not work properly. This is a REGRESSION.

 You can edit the fields, but when you save them, the fields are scrambled
 such that the name field becomes something else, and so on, and so forth.

 This makes effective use of this service impossible.

 Additionally, the "level" field is no longer displayed in the popup
 display when hovering over a user.
