 Due to bugs in Empathy and Haze, Haze has been calling
 `purple_buddy_icons_set_account_icon` with PNG-format icon data for AIM
 accounts, in flagrant violation of AIM's `icon_spec`.  However, it seemed
 to work some of the time.  It might be worth looking into whether AIM
 natively supports PNG these days, and if so updating the prpl accordingly.

 (I don't have time to play with this right now, but I might do in the
 future.)
