 (MUC) XMPP issue?
  * (11:38:52) dwd: Specifically, my XEP-0045 implementation is sending
 <status code='201'/>, but Pidgin is never displaying the room config, nor
 doing anything about it, so it leaves the room locked.
  * (12:32:39) dwd: Okay, found the bug - Pidgin only sees the first status
 code in a XEP-0045 muc#user bit. Ejabberd only ever sends one, so the bug
 never gets triggered, but we were sending pretty much exactly Example 21,
 which has 110 before 201. Reversing the order makes Pidgin work.
  * (12:34:10) dwd: I'd enter this as a bug for you, but that requires
 creating a login, so sorry - but it's your bug, so if someone who has a
 login could enter it, that'd be great.
