 ISSUE SUMMARY

 Pidgin crashes when the mousewheel is scrolled down when the bottom of the
 contact list is reached.

 RECREATING THE ISSUE

 RPT attached.
 Scroll to the bottom of the contact list using a mouse scroll wheel.
 Continue scrolling once the bottom of the contact list is reached.  After
 a few scrolls, Pidgin will crash.
