Pidgin 2.4.3, Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex alpha 3

On first launch, Pidgin presents me with an "Accounts" window saying: "You
have no IM accounts configured. To start connecting with Pidgin press the
Add button below and configure your first account. If you want Pidgin to
connect to multiple IM accounts, press Add again to configure them all.
You can come back to this window to add, edit, or remove accounts from
Accounts⇒Add/Edit in the Buddy List window"

That's a lot of text to read when all I want to do is start chatting. More
importantly, to use Pidgin at all, I must set up an account. To set up an
account, the only thing I can do is click the "Add" button. So requiring
me to click the button myself is inefficient.

Instead, I suggest opening the "Add Account" dialog immediately at first
launch. Any intro text could be displayed at the top of the dialog when
 appropriate:

 * "Welcome to Pidgin!" would be appropriate on first launch.

 * "To start chatting, you first need to set up an instant messaging
account." would be appropriate whenever there are zero accounts set up
(including, but not only, on first launch).

 * The detailed instructions on how to open the Add Account dialog would no
longer be necessary, because you're already looking at it.
