 Yeah, I've been seeing this for a little while and only just recently
 actually looked at what is going on. I haven't looked to see what changed
 yet but the issue appears to be that the resource is being stripped from
 the JID before the vcard request is being sent resulting in the request
 going to the room and not the person in the room.
