 Removing the detailed instructions might be justified by saying that it's
 already discoverable enough. However, the fact that you're already there
 is not a justification, because that text is to tell you how to get *back*
 to something that comes up automatically the first time you start Pidgin.

 I don't think trying to special case the first launch (as opposed to zero
 accounts) is worth it. Let's just keep using the zero accounts check.

 We tried this for a while in the form of having both the accounts editor
 and the add account windows come up. The problem was that the accounts
 editor would end up covering the add account window, depending on the
 window manager.

 How about instead of showing the accounts window with its zero accounts
 special case, we should just the add account window IFF there are zero
 accounts? We don't need any "to start chatting" text at all, really. If we
 want anything, it should be the "how to get back here" text.
