 That is to say, I think it would be strange for the interface to look
 ''very'' different if you have no accounts, ''i.e.'' appearing in a
 completely different window from usual. I think the dialog having an extra
 intro sentence wouldn't be too surprising, though, hence my initial
 suggestion.
