 When a user in an MSN chat uses a custom emote, whenever you type the
 phrase to activate the emote it gets used.  For example, if somebody types
 lol, and uses a custom emote, every time you type lol it uses the emote,
 and if anybody else uses lol it uses it again.  I don't believe the other
 chat users see the emote when you use it though.
