 with the new MSNP15 that has just been implemented, custom emoticons are
 supported. however when a overly large custom emoticon is sent from
 MSNpidgin, it is cropped by the official MSN client.

 pidgin should try to resize the outgoing emoticon to the maximum size
 supported by the official MSN client.
