 I've not looked at the crash reports, but I'm surprised the new dll didn't
 fix your issue.

 Can you confirm the file you downloaded is liboscar.dll and is 1.58 MB in
 size?

 You shut down Pidgin, replaced the current liboscar.dll with the new one
 and started Pidgin again right?
