Comment:

 Buddy icons do not show up in the XMPP dialogue windows, nor do they show
 up for a user's information on cursor rollover. It has nothing to do with
 the size of the icon since Yahoo and AIMseem to work fine. The icons are
 set (48x48 ~2K) via the global and/or individual account settings.
 Further, these same buddy icons used to work in early versions around 2.0.

 I'm sorry I wasn't more specific with my first email.
