 When I Get Info on buddies of mine which have icons the vcard response
 includes a <PHOTO></PHOTO> tag with the icon data inside of it (as
 specified in [http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0153.html XEP-0153]),
 your snippet does not include such icon data. Do you see anyone as having
 an icon? Are only buddies using pidgin affected? Is it possible something
 on your server changed recently to prevent icons (or some-such)?
