Comment:

 Baffled that I couldn't get the crash log to come out any differently, I
 discovered something for which I deserve a slap on the head.  :-P

 I stupidly put the new liboscar.dll in the "plugins" folder with all of
 the... plug-ins (of which, certainly, several have names like
 lib____.dll).  Putting it in the Pidgin root folder where it goes fixed
 the problem.

 Sorry to take up time on something silly like this, but thanks for
 providing a fix before I even ran into the bug!  Keep up the good work.
