 When sending/receiving custom emoticons, they appear in wrong
 dimensions.[[BR]]
 Seems like they should appear with a maximum width\height of 50px
 (animated) or smaller (25px?) for normal emoticons.

 * I'm not sure about 50px. Perhaps it's 50x35px for normal images.[[BR]]
 * This was happening in previous versions too, but worse: when received
 big custom smiley (I tried from MSN), it appeared in the original size. My
 friend could create a huge, light (in size) animated picture that would
 pretty much freeze my Pidgin when received.
