 I used new Pidgin on WinXP SP2 (Pidgin 2.5.0) and I am very appertice you
 are fixing sending messages to offline MSN contact, but now it´s not able
 sending messages to offline ICQ contacts!

 See screenshot with debug.log, see time=17:32:03
