 Situation:
 Fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate, fully patched
 Latest version of Pidgin (debug edition)
 1 IRC account, 1 GTalk account, 1 AIM account, 1 ICQ account, 1 XMPP
 account with a university, 1 Facebook account (Facebook plugin is no
 longer installed)
 All plugins disabled

 Repro:
 1. Start Pidgin.
 2. Wait for about 1-2 minutes
 3. If it does not crash, then quit Pidgin and go to step 1.
