 Now that the MSN protocol supports offline messages, the “Send To” area
 still grays it out as if it’s not supported. Area should be regular black
 like other protocols with offline support.

 Also, a bit off subject, I realize that the protocol is named MSN, but
 shouldn't it be renamed as "Live" or something that reflects the Live
 Messenger service in Account Management, to help newer users who might not
 know the reference.
