 I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 and today I wanted to compile Pidgin 2.5.0 as I
 didn't have the patience to wait for it being distributed over the Update
 System ;) (After all, MSN status message support rocks!)

 But after I typed "sudo make install" and wanted to run Pidgin, it just
 produced:

 darkweasel at darkweasel-desktop:~/Programmpakete/pidgin-2.5.0$ pidgin
 pidgin: symbol lookup error: pidgin: undefined symbol:
 purple_smileys_get_all
 darkweasel at darkweasel-desktop:~/Programmpakete/pidgin-2.5.0$

 I have no idea what this is, so please fix this or tell me what I can do
 to fix this myself...
